Finding the Right Department
The City of Springfield runs its services through more than two dozen departments, each reporting to the Mayor. Whether you need a building permit, want to report a code violation, are looking for elder services, or have a question about your property taxes, the right department is usually a quick call or click away.
For everyday city service requests, from potholes to code violations to trash, call 311 (413-736-3111) or file a request online at springfield-ma.gov. Most departments sit at City Hall, 36 Court Street, Springfield, MA 01103, unless noted below.
