What the Ballot Decided in 2026
Two town-wide votes, five weeks apart, and both are certified by the Town Clerk. On March 30, 2026, 1,391 ballots filled ten different elected offices, from the Select Board to the Trust Fund Commissioner. On June 8, 2026, 2,428 ballots settled the Proposition 2 1/2 operating override for fiscal year 2027, 1,824 in favour and 604 against. The town’s results sheets report ballots by precinct and print no registered-voter count beside them, so those are the raw counts and no percentage is claimed here.
