Finding the Right Department

Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. The departments coordinate through the Town Administrator’s office at Town Hall.

The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit middlefield-ma.gov. Town Hall is at 188 Skyline Trail, and the main line is 413-623-2079. In a town this small, several offices share that main line with an extension, and many are staffed part-time.
