Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. The Town Administrator’s office helps the Selectboard oversee them, and in a town this size many offices share the same Town Hall front counter and the main number, 413-357-8585, with a different extension for each.
The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit granville-ma.gov. Town Hall is at 707 Main Road.
