Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. Each department reports up to the Town Administrator, who appoints most of the department heads.
The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit westboylston-ma.gov. Town Hall is at 140 Worcester Street.

Some department heads are not individually named here: the town’s staff directory renders behind a script that this guide could not read, so those roles are left blank rather than filled with a guess. Names and direct lines are on the department pages at westboylston-ma.gov.
