Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. In a town Rowe’s size many of these offices share one phone number and a few staff, and the Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator coordinate them.
The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit rowe-ma.gov. Town Hall is at 321 Zoar Road, and its main number is (413) 339-5520.
