Richmond Town Departments

Finding the Right Department

Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. In a town this size many of these offices share the same Town Hall and the same main number, and several are held by one person or by a regional service.

The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit richmondma.org. Town Hall is at 1751 State Road.
