Finding the Right Department

Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. In a town of 1,634 people almost all of them share one phone number and one building, so the extension is the thing to get right.

Otis Town Hall is at 1 North Main Road, PO Box 237, Otis, MA 01253, open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 4:00. The main line is (413) 269-0100 and the fax is (413) 269-6095. For the full list, hours and staff, visit otisma.gov.
