Statewide Elected Officials
Massachusetts has six statewide constitutional officers who help run the executive branch and safeguard democracy in the Commonwealth. All six serve four-year terms. The Governor and Lieutenant Governor run together on a single joint ticket.
Maura Healey
The state’s chief executive. Manages state agencies, proposes legislation, and signs or vetoes bills passed by the General Court. Also leads the state’s emergency response.

Kim Driscoll
Succeeds the Governor if the office becomes vacant and serves as a voting member of the Governor’s Council. Also leads the administration’s work with cities and towns.

Andrea Joy Campbell
The Commonwealth’s chief legal officer. Represents the state in legal matters, enforces consumer protection and civil rights laws, and investigates fraud and corruption.

Deborah B. Goldberg
Oversees state funds, manages public employee pensions, administers the State Lottery, and leads financial literacy programs.

Diana DiZoglio
Conducts independent audits and investigations of state agencies to ensure accountability and the proper use of public funds.
