| Charlton Villager | Charlton’s weekly community newspaper, a Stonebridge Press title alongside the Southbridge News, the Spencer New Leader, the Sturbridge Villager and the Webster Times. |
| Charlton Cultural Council | The town’s local arm of the Massachusetts Cultural Council. It gives out grant money for cultural and artistic programming in Charlton, and it is one of the funders of the Senior Center’s programs. |
| Charlton Earth Day Committee | A town committee that plans Charlton’s Earth Day each spring, with an informal planning group beside it. Its 2026 roadside cleanup drew about two hundred residents and collected 2.12 tons. |
