Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. The departments report up to the Town Administrator and the Select Board, and in a town this size one small office at 1890 Route 9 often answers the phone for much of the town.
The directory below covers the departments residents contact most. For the full list, hours, and staff, visit windsormass.com. The Town Offices are at 1890 Route 9.
