Williamsburg and the surrounding hilltowns are served by a network of non-profits and shared services, from the library that anchors the village to the ambulance that answers the call. Every one of them takes volunteers.

Meekins Library Association Supports Williamsburg’s Meekins Library on Williams Street, funding programs, materials and community events for readers of every age, and keeping the town’s archives, including the 1874 flood photographs.
Highland Ambulance EMS The regional non-profit ambulance service, based in Goshen, that provides emergency medical care to Williamsburg and its neighboring hilltowns. Williamsburg holds a seat on its board of directors.
