Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. In a town this size one phone number reaches almost all of them, and most staff share the Town Hall switchboard at 413-243-1749 with their own extension.
