Community Organizations
A teen center, a service club that runs a car show for the food pantry, a business association behind the spring fair, a historical society and a skate park the community built. Every organization on this page takes volunteers, and several of them are how a resident with no title at all ends up in the room.

It was formerly the Boys and Girls Club of Lunenburg, and the old organization’s own site announces the new name. Note that the town’s Community page still carries the old name, so if you search for the Boys and Girls Club you have found the same place. |
| Turkey Hill Family Lions Club | A service club that hosts the annual Classic Cruise Night, with the proceeds supporting the Food Pantry, Lions charities and the Teen Center. The Select Board’s own approved minutes of May 19, 2026 describe the event. |
| Lunenburg Business Association | The local business group, which presents the annual Lunenburg Spring Fair at the T.C. Passios building, the same building the town uses as its polling place. |
| Lunenburg Historical Society | Preserves and shares the town’s history, which matters more than usual in the run up to the 2028 Tricentennial. |
| Lunenburg Skate Park | A skate park the community built and now maintains, linked from the town’s own Community page. It is a working example of residents raising money for a public facility rather than waiting for the budget to reach it. |
| Sentinel & Enterprise | The Fitchburg-based regional daily, and the newspaper most likely to cover a Lunenburg town vote. Its own masthead names Lunenburg among the communities it covers. |

| Public Access Cable | The town’s own cable operation on Channel 8, whose committee exists to make programming by, about and for Lunenburg. It is where you can watch a School Committee meeting without leaving the house. PAC Manager Jo Toale. |
