Finding the Right Department
Most of what residents need from the town runs through a department, not an elected official: paying a bill, pulling a permit, reporting a problem, registering to vote. Every department reports up through the Town Administrator, who supervises all town departments and staff.
Easton spreads its offices across three buildings, which is worth knowing before you make a trip. Town Hall is at 136 Elm Street, the health, senior, recreation and veterans services share Frothingham Hall at 15 Barrows Street, and Public Works is at 130 Center Street.
