Holyoke City Departments
Finding the Right Department
City departments handle the everyday services that keep Holyoke running, from property assessments and permits to streets, parks, and public safety. Most are based at or near City Hall, 536 Dwight Street, and many have their own pages on the city website.
If you are not sure where to start, the City Clerk’s office and the Mayor’s constituent staff can point you to the right place. A full, current directory is available at holyoke.org/government.
